Dr. Sajid Siddiqi is a highly esteemed General Practitioner with a distinguished career that spans multiple countries, specialties, and sectors of healthcare. His extensive expertise in both clinical practice and medical education, coupled with his specialization in military and veteran healthcare, has made him a prominent figure in the medical community.
Dr. Siddiqi’s medical journey began at Southwestern University, after which he gained invaluable experience working across various NHS hospitals in the UK. His clinical rotations included key specialties such as Gastroenterology, Urology, Orthopaedics, Psychiatry, Emergency Medicine, General Medicine, Paediatrics, and Obstetrics and Gynaecology, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of a diverse array of medical conditions and patient care.
Following his initial training, Dr. Siddiqi pursued advanced studies in General Practice in the UK, earning Fellowship with the Royal College of General Practitioners (RACGP). He subsequently extended his expertise to Australia, where he attained additional qualifications in General Practice and undertook specialized training in Family Planning, further enhancing his ability to provide high-quality care across diverse patient populations.
In 2009, Dr. Siddiqi moved to Australia, where he worked across Tasmania and Queensland, contributing to General Practice and Aboriginal Community Health. His commitment to improving healthcare access and outcomes in underserved communities, particularly in Aboriginal health, has been a cornerstone of his practice. In 2013, Dr. Siddiqi assumed a leadership role as GP and Senior Medical Officer at the Randwick and Holsworthy Army Barracks Health Centre in Sydney, where he provided medical oversight to military personnel.
Dr. Siddiqi’s seven-year tenure with the Australian Defence Force (ADF) from 2013 to 2020 further refined his expertise in military healthcare. During this period, he managed complex medical cases and developed a profound understanding of the unique challenges faced by veterans and active-duty personnel. His extensive work with ADF personnel shaped his specialized focus on Veteran Health, particularly in the realms of DVA (Department of Veterans’ Affairs) claims and DVA Permanent Impairment assessments.
Since transitioning to civilian practice, Dr. Siddiqi has continued to serve the veteran community, providing comprehensive healthcare and expert guidance through the DVA claims process and conducting thorough Permanent Impairment assessments. His deep knowledge of military health and patient care, combined with his unwavering commitment to veterans’ wellbeing, has positioned him as a trusted authority in the field.

A passionate advocate for medical education, Dr. Siddiqi also plays an active role in the development of future healthcare professionals. He serves as a GP Trainer and Supervisor for both the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) and the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine. Additionally, Dr. Siddiqi is an Examiner for the RACGP and an Adjunct Lecturer and Clinical Supervisor at the School of Medicine, University of Notre Dame, Sydney campus, contributing to the training of the next generation of GPs.
Dr. Siddiqi’s career is characterized by his exceptional blend of clinical expertise, military healthcare proficiency, and commitment to advancing medical education. His unparalleled experience in veteran health, his advocacy for Aboriginal health, and his dedication to training future doctors have made him a highly respected and influential figure in the medical community. Dr. White is an accomplished and dedicated General Practitioner who graduated from The University of Newcastle in 2003. After completing her internship and residency, she pursued further training in General Practice, ultimately becoming a Fellow with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP).
With over 15 years of extensive experience in General Practice, Dr. White has honed a diverse range of skills through her work in both the Australian Defence Force (ADF) and Aboriginal communities. This varied background has provided her with a nuanced understanding of the distinct healthcare needs of different populations, equipping her to offer culturally competent, patient-centred care.
Dr. White is particularly passionate about primary healthcare, with a focus on managing chronic medical conditions and addressing women’s health. Her profound expertise in these areas enables her to deliver comprehensive, evidence-based care, empowering patients to manage their health long-term while optimizing their quality of life. She is committed to the prevention, early detection, and effective management of chronic conditions, as well as providing tailored healthcare solutions to women’s unique health needs.
Her unwavering commitment to excellence in patient care, combined with her broad clinical expertise, has earned Dr. White the respect of her peers and the trust of her patients. She remains dedicated to advancing health outcomes, fostering well-being, and delivering compassionate care to every individual she treats.
Mohammad is our registered Podiatrist recognised by the Australasian Podiatry association. He has completed additional studies including a Basic Surgical Skills Education and Training course provided by The Australasian College of Podiatric Surgeons. He is currently undertaking his Endorsement in Scheduled Medicines and a Bachelor’s degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics.
ABC is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD) recognized by the Dietitians Association of Australia. After completing a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in biochemistry in 2006, Viviane went on to graduate with a Masters of Nutrition and foodservice management in 2008.
Psychiatrists operating from this facility provide counselling and psychotherapy. They also provide treatment for people of all ages and to families and to groups. Psychologists provide treatment for depression, anxiety, phobias, panic disorders, eating disorders, stress related problems, relationship problems, and severe mental disorders.
Jordan graduated with a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology at the University of New South Wales and then went on to complete his Doctor of Physiotherapy degree at Macquarie University. Jordan has an interest in musculoskeletal and sports injuries with a strong treatment approach focused on manual therapy techniques and exercise prescription. Jordan provides individualised rehabilitation programs that are specifically tailored to each of his patients, ensuring that they achieve their goals.
Outside of work, Jordan enjoys keeping fit and active at the gym and with sports including touch football and basketball. He also enjoys exploring and being adventurous with a keen interest in photography.
Our Practice has been exclusively bulk billing since it was established. However, due to increased costs associated with delivering the highest quality of services, this transition is necessary to continue providing you and your family with the highest quality healthcare.
From the 1st of MAY 2023, East Hills Medical Centre will become a Mixed-Billing practice. As such, patients will incur a gap payment. Please see fee structure below.

It is a policy of East Hills Medical Centre that medical results (both imaging and pathology) will not be provided over the phone without the prior consent of the treating doctor. We have in place an automated system, where your results will be reviewed by the doctor.
If a doctor wants to see you after viewing your results, you will receive a message. If this is the case, please book an appointment with the doctor for your results. This also means that you will need to ensure that you keep up-to-date contact details on your file.
