Our practice delivers the highest level of medical care, which includes longer consultations, minimal waiting time with the doctor of your choice. Unfortunately, these services are not fully covered by Medicare, and therefore Mixed billing policy applies.

We Bulk Bill Patients

Aged 18 years and under,
All healthcare concession and pension card holders,
DVA WHITE Card (only accepted conditions) and all DVA GOLD Card,
Mental health care plans and Care plans (if eligible)
Health Assessments age > 75
Pathology results only will be bulk billed at the doctors discretion

PRIVATE BILLING

Gap-payment applies to all the GP Consultations. No matter how long you spend with your GP, the consultation fee after your Medicare rebate will be $29 during normal hours and $39 on during afterhours. Please see the fee structure table below.

PHONE CONSULTATIONS (TELEHEALTH)

If you have been to East Hills Medical Centre for any GP consultation in the last 12 months, you are eligible to use the telehealth service.
